All of the lift station control systems that are built by California Motor Controls, Inc. are capable of connection to various types of remote access and monitoring.  On simple float switch panels, we can provide "auto dialers".  On our digital controller panels and PLC based systems, we can provide many different communications solutions.

Our premiere product is our PUMP Vision controller connected to a SCADA Vision solution.

SCADA Vision provides multiple methods of connection and monitoring.  Including:

Remote Access Software

Software is available to install on your computer that will allow you to connect to the controller from a remote location.

• Connect to the PUMP Vision or Pump Commander controller with serial or Ethernet.
• Mimics the controller screen to provide access to all the functions that the controller provides, just as if you are standing in front of it.
• You simply use the mouse to click on the screen "buttons" to navigate the controls.

Built in Web Server

The PUMP Vision has a built in web server.  You can access the web pages using your Internet browser.

• Connect to the PUMP Vision with an Ethernet or Internet connection.

• Monitor system status, pump status, and alarm status.
• Monitor MOTOR Vision data.
• Change level set points
• Operate the HAND-OFF-AUTO selector.

DDE Server

A DDE server .dll is available to read and write data to the pump controller from an Excel spreadsheet.

• Connect to the PUMP Vision or Pump Commander controller with serial or Ethernet.
• Write your own custom Excel spreadsheet with live data from the controller.
