Lift Station Level Sensors

In addition to the standard float switch level sensing, we offer a variety of analog level sensing options. All of these provide an analog signal output proportional to the liquid level. One of our digital level controllers is required to provide setpoint control.

Float Switches

• Our standard panels are designed for floats switch inputs

• Our float switch controllers use a proprietary system for protecting against float failure.

Trapped Air

• Pressure transducer in the panel. Simple PVC pipe in the wet-well. Periodic purge.

Bubbler

• Pressure transducer in the panel. Simple PVC pipe in the wet-well. Continuous purge.

Submerged Transducer

• Pressure transducer in the wet-well

Ultrasonic

• Sensor mounted above the wet-well
