PLCs and HMIs

We have over 30 years experience with designing, construction, programming and commissioning PLC systems, from small "smart relay" systems, to full HMI systems with hundreds of I/O and communication functions.

"Smart Relays"

Smart relays are a small PLCs that were initially designed as relay replacements. They have evolved into much more than that with analog I/O, network capabilities, and communication capabilities. These units are perfectly suited for the pump control industry and are found in many of the lift station control panels that we make.

Full PLCs

We can provide construction, engineering, and programming for large scale PLC systems too.

We have programming software for Modicon, Allen-Bradley, Moeller and others.

HMIs - Human Machine Interface

The Vision series HMIs are ideally suited for our pump system applications and have become our standard.

Although we have standardized on the Vision series HMI with integrated PLC due to its incredible value, we can also provide systems based on your standard PLC and HMI.
