Variable Frequency Drive Systems

One of our areas of special expertise is in systems that involve VFDs. Although we can provide drives from Allen-Bradley, ABB, Danfoss, Hitachi and others, our standard is the Square D Altivar series, including the Altivar 21 Altivar 61, and Altivar 71. These drives include a Modbus interface, and many of our systems are provided with an HMI type PLC that controls the VFDs through the Modbus serial port.

We build VFDs into pump control panels and motor control centers. 

We also build 18-pulse VFDs.

We are a Square D authorized drive specialist as part of their Drive Start-up Certification Program. All of our VFD systems which include the Altivar drives come with an extended two year warranty when the start-up is performed by us.
